                                         CALL 911 WHEN YOU NEED POLICE, FIRE OR
                                         PARAMEDIC SERVICES TO RESPOND IMMEDIATELY


                                         WHEN SHOULD YOU CALL 911?



                                         CALL 911 IF THERE IS:
                                         •  a medical emergency                  A MEDICAL EMERGENCY
                                         •  a fire                               INVOLVES A SERIOUS OR
                                         •  a crime in progress                  LIFE-THREATENING INJURY


                                         DO NOT CALL 911 TO:
                                         •  locate relatives or to inquire about their condition
                                         •  ask about current road or weather conditions
                                         •  find out when electricity and gas services will return



                                         In the event of an emergency, information and
                                         instructions from emergency response officials will be
                                         available on the radio, television and the internet.


                                         You can also get information by using non-emergency
                                         telephone numbers.



                                                    When there is no immediate danger to health or
                                                    property use a non-emergency number.
