Please continue to save your canceled stamps since we have a good outlet for this no-money-
out-of-your-pocket donation. Just cut that stamp from your incoming mail, leaving at least ¼”
on each side of the stamp. Stamps that are too heavily cancelled, torn, or whose perforations
are not intact cannot be used. The most valuable stamps are:
In mint (un-canceled) or fine/very fine condition Foreign stamps
U.S. commemorative stamps Printing errors mistakes
Stamps with postage values of $1 or more Albums
