Trinity Lutheran Durand Group is a public group on Facebook that was
recently started for people to communicate with each other.
These are a few of the recipes that were shared this past month.
Eggs Lorraine
2 tsp. butter
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
8 eggs
8 links of sausages, cooked & cut into slices
½ C whipping cream
Spread butter in 8x8 pan, sprinkle 1/3 C cheese over.
Break eggs onto cheese & pierce yolks, but do not
stir. Place sausage over eggs and pour cream on top.
Sprinkle with rest of cheese. Bake at 350 for 25-30
minutes.

Crock Pot Tortellini
1 bag frozen tortellini,
2 cans diced Italian tomatoes,
4 c. chicken broth,
small bag fresh spinach,
block cream cheese.
Chunk up the cream cheese
and put everything else in
crockpot. Cook on low 5-6 hrs.
Can add cooked chicken if you
want meat.
