Part 5: Other forms of Business Letters and the CV

There are some important steps that must be followed for
writing a perfect letter of motivation, which are indicated in the
following points:

a- Write an outline:

It is important for applicants to write a description of the
main facts about themselves. They also must be sure about
whether the letter of motivation includes the correct data and
information or not.

It must be noted that, a letter of motivation for a Master of
Science programme or Doctor of Philosophy programme requires
more data and detailed information about the applicant's
academic skills and experiences than a motivation letter for a
Bachelor of Science programme.

After writing the letter of motivation, the applicant should be
able to answer the following questions:

What is the professional goal?
What is the reason for joining this course?
What is the reason for applying for this programme?
What is the reason for choosing to study in this specific
university, institute, faculty, etc..?

b- Write an introduction:

The letter of motivation's introduction should introduce the
applicant by including details about the remarkable achievements
