Part 4: Business Letters, Memorandums and E-mails

   i- In your enquiry, utilise 'please' and 'thank you'. These two
       words show how courteous you are and how polite your
       behaviour is. For instance, you can say as a customer
       'Could you, please inform me about the price of a single
       ticket to Cairo?' At the end of the sentence, you can say
       'Thank you for your time and consideration'.

   j- At the end of the letter, write your name, signature and the
       official title you have.

   k- Type the letter and print it on a good-quality paper.
   l- Do not forget to include a handwritten signature.
