   Review of 1998 DF C&A Scheme. Following the recent modernisation of employment law and industrial relations infra-structure for other workers, RACO calls on the Minister for Defence to initiate an external review of the DF Conciliation & Arbitration Scheme in order to deliver a more efficient and effective industrial relations forum and protect military personnel with restricted rights.

 That in 2016, RACO would conduct a review of the cost of living and affordability in high cost regions, and thereafter pursue an overall family friendly policy for OF personnel. This would include measures that aid and assist a reasonable healthy work life balance, including extending the entitlement of GOSA out to the length of the posting away from home address and that AF 90’s would be paid within 15 days of being submitted.
