  This BOC calls for urgent Government action in addressing the growing exposure to risk experienced
by EOD Officers, leading to significant frustration at Management’s policies and apparent lack of appreciation- ofihe i111por ta11t role of EOD in the State.
This has led to an inability to retain highly specialised personnel, creating serious deficiencies in the number of officers performing this onerous duty.
