14. Dues Refund/Increase When Changing From Family to Single or Vice-Versa: If a member changes his or her membership status from family to single or single to family that the dues decrease, or increase will be prorated from the beginning of the month following the change in status. (01-18-2010)
15. Heritage Member. Heritage Membership. All candidates for Heritage Membership
must meet the requirement of totaling a minimum of ninety-three (93) points according to the following point award criteria:
A. One Point is awarded for each full year of Equity Membership, and
B. One Point is awarded for every year of the candidate’s age as of the date of their Heritage
Membership Application form.
In addition, all candidates for Heritage Membership must have been an Equity member of the Club for a minimum of five (5) years.
The Board of Directors establishes dues for the Heritage Membership. Heritage Members are entitled to a maximum of two (2) discounted rounds of golf per week. The Heritage Membership discount is 33% off the standard rack rate for their day and time of play. Heritage Members are entitled to a maximum of two (2) discounted rounds of golf per week.
Heritage Members are permitted use of the Club’s Snack Bar card (with its associated discount) for Snack Bar purchases where the following applies:
A. A $50 initial deposit is required, and a $50 minimum deposit is required for any addition to the Snack Bar card, and
B. Any Snack Bar balance remaining at the end of the Fiscal Year is forfeited, in other words not carried over to the following Fiscal Year.
If as an Equity Member the Heritage Member maintained a riding cart at the Club, then they are permitted to continue to maintain their riding cart provided:
A. The current Trail Fee is paid in addition to the Heritage Membership Fee, and
B. There are no Equity Members waiting for a cart storage space. (02/11/17)
16. Current Proprietary Certificate Value. The following MOTION was approved at the 06-20-17 Board Meeting:
Change the value of the Proprietary Certificate from the current value of $4,500
to the newly set value of $3,000
17. Surrendered Proprietary Certificate Procedure. When the Club is at less than full membership (the
number of surrendered Certificates exceeds the number of new members to be issued a Certificate), then a “Surrendered Certificate List” is to be established and maintained according to the following procedure:
A. The “Surrendered Certificate List” contains the name of the former member who surrendered their Certificate, the date the Certificate was surrendered, and the serial number of the surrendered Certificate. The “Surrendered Certificate List” is ordered first-to-last from the oldest-to-newest surrendered Certificate.
B. Upon the election of a new member the current value of the Certificate, less any dues or indebtedness owed to the Club, shall be paid to the first listed former member on the “Surrendered Certificate List” or their estate with the following exception: A former member rejoining the Club who is on the “Surrendered Certificate List” shall be due payment for their Surrendered Certificate, less any indebtedness to the Club, effective the day they rejoin the Club. Former members who rejoin are issued the next-in-line Certificate serial number.
