2020.
• Repeal language was included in
the Further Consolidated
Appropriations Act of 2020 (H.R.
1865), which was signed into law
on December 20, 2019.
• A classic example of a “ride-
along” bill, which is attached to a
larger must-pass piece of
legislation, like a government
funding package.
