1. Outstanding ride quality

By taking an in-depth look at all sources of noise and vibration, our engineers designed the
Elevator with passenger and tenant comfort in mind. Our elevator ride quality is so smooth
and quiet that passengers often don’t notice. Our engineers are very careful on selecting the
riding component and designing the isolation system of elevator cabin to minimize the
vibration.

HEICO designed to ensure both high quality and ride comfort. The low levels of noise and car
vibrations fulfil even the strictest requirements.

1.Renewed machinery and brakes
The new, highly reliable motor control system further improves

ride comfort, with smooth acceleration and deceleration, and
highly accurate car levelling.
The renewed braking system ensures a comfortable, safe, quiet
ride, while braking also minimizing noise transfer to the
surrounding areas.

2. Redesigned hoisting system for minimized vibration and
noise

Centralized, low friction hoisting cuts noise and vibration,
improving comfort for passengers and minimising disturbance to the surrounding areas.

3. Renewed car structure with even better noise isolation
The renewed car structure has been designed with special attention that ensures a smooth
and quiet ride.

2.Eco-friendly – Green

Our gearless hoisting machine made with permanent-magnet
synchronous motor, together with a vector-controlled VVF
drive system provide the highest total efficiency and minimize
both mechanical and electrical losses.

To save energy used for car lighting, LED lights have been
replaced by fluorescent. LED lights consume 80% less
electricity than fluorescent lights and last up to 10 times
longer.
