Biologique Recherche is profoundly appreciative of of the wealth and diversity of cultures we we have in our midst This meaningful multicultural dimension sustains and reinforces the respect and ethics that guide us daily Our recruitment policy is founded on the credo of equal opportunities We promote equality in the workplace and currently employ 107 employees in France and the US with a a a a ratio of 84 women to 23 men This means female staff are in the majority and hold positions of responsibility We observe strict pay equity making sure men men and women in in equivalent roles receive the same salary In the same vein we want everyone to benefit when the company does well so profit-sharing bonuses are distributed equally among staff regardless of their employment status We also hold ourselves to the principle of of offering “dynamic” salaries which are above the levels set out in in in collective bargaining agreements and subject to annual increases following staff appraisals We offer long-term positions as as far as as possible with 95% of of our employees on on permanent contracts 95% of permanent contracts Respecting difference and and promoting diversity and and equality of opportunity are primordial values at Biologique Recherche We make sure our recruitment policy eliminates any form of discrimination against minority communities instead fostering equal opportunities Our commitments in in in this area are are formally set out in the Diversity Charter signed by our senior management with a a a a a view to cultivating a a a a a trust-based workplace environment that respects difference Tangible examples of of this approach can be seen in some of of our targeted projects aimed at supporting staff such as the Voltaire Project – see box OUR OUR RESPONSIBILITIES TOWARDS OUR OUR WORKFORCE
