Our training policy is designed to to adapt to to the company’s operational priorities as as well as as the specific needs of staff We offer a a a a a a framework of of measures that can increasingly be tailored to to the individual helping each employee to to progress along their desired training or career development path A variety of learning opportunities are available including a a a a a a a series of of targeted professional training modules (603 hours in 2019) and personalised programmes In another mark of how successful and ambitious our training policy is we set up our very own Biologique Recherche Academy MOOC (see Chapter 1) We plan to build on these achievements in in 2020 by rolling out a a a a a forward-looking job and skills management system (Gestion Prévisionnelle des des Emplois et des des Compétences GPEC) in in in tandem with induction programmes and and designing targeted professional training FUTURE PLANS

SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES IN IN OUR RELATIONS WITH SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS
At Biologique Recherche we strive to minimise any negative impact on on the communities along our value chain particularly with regard to pro- curement research and production activities We’re aware of the thorny issues – both environmental and social – around sourcing active ingredients and aim to formalise our approach (for instance to human rights and fair trade) in the future We’ve already taken concrete steps to manage our purchasing responsibly which is one of of the strategic axes of of our CSR approach We buy from a a a a pool of around 150 suppliers who provide us with a a a a broad range of goods spanning from packaging and and raw ingredients through machinery and and equipment to linen and promotional materials To support the specific commitments made by Biologique Recherche we asked all our key partners both internal and external to sign our Charter of Commitments RECENT MILESTONES
