Nutrition and Food Therapy

               It’s  important  to  eat  food  that  give  us

               energy,  vitality  and  focus.  A  connection

               between food and anxiety is being seriously
               studied.


               Although  I use a  computer program in  my

               practice to find what foods act as medicine,
               what  foods  are  neutral,  and  what  foods  a

               body  considers  poison,  there  are  ways  to

               recognize  what  your  body  thrives  on,  and
               what it is negatively affected by.


               Ask  yourself  how  you  feel  after  eating  a
               certain food?


                   •  Sleepy?

                   •  Headache?

                   •  Stomach upset?

                   •  Irritated? Anxious?

                   •  Joint pain?


               I  know  for  example  that  I  will  fall  asleep
               within  minutes  after  eating  grains.  Pork
