4. Supply the site with electric power through a network of cables, substations, power stations & intermediate voltage
annular units according to the requirements of the Saudi Electricity Company.
5. Lighting network works for all roads, streets, gardens and corridors of the project.
6. Civil works for the telecommunications network in the project to serve all residential and commercial units.
7. A network for irrigate the plants in the project using pipes made of high density polyethylene.
8. Gardens and paths planted with different types of trees and soil coverings of different herbs.
9. Sidewalks and corridors works in the project using interlock tiles, stamped concrete, colored corridors and colored
concrete tiles drawings of an Islamic architectural character commensurate with the nature of the region.
