The Joint Communication Center Renovation and Addition for the Counties of St. Francois and
Ste. Genevieve includes complete renovation of the dispatch room, lobby and training room,
and addition of space for lockers, break area, offices, generator facility and new electrical and
mechanical systems, and future expansion / storage. New dispatch furniture, lighting and
environmental controls will modernize the facility now and into the future. The ‘earthen roof’
design of existing PSAP was maintained and augmented to provide resiliency for the facility – the
PSAP is built into hillside similar to a bunker.

DeKalb Park District
Park Maintenance Facility

September 2017 saw the completion of our first project for the DeKalb Park District. The new Park
Maintenance Facility is a direct replacement of an existing maintenance facility that was
structurally unsound and unusable. The building houses a shop, vehicle storage, vehicle
