• Strengthens program
» Adds two softball courts providing eight total
◊ Addresses the current demand for court time in the Junior Program
◊ Allows for dedicated courts for the Adult Program
• Design provides for a centralized Squash Complex with stadium seating
» Improves the member experience and viewing opportunities
» Dramatically improves the ability to host/manage tournaments
» Improves efficiency in coaching the Junior Clinics on multiple courts at one time
• Improves circulation and connection to other key Club facilities
