The Alliance HEAD OFFICE location in ALDERGROVE, BC which
serves as not only our head administration and sales office but also
as the Canadian parts department, manufacturing location and
service and warranty building has gone under both renovation and
expansion through 2016. For the coming 2017 year Alliance will see
the benefits of the huge undertaking of building their new state-of-
the-art paint and finishing facility come to light.
The parts department renovation and expansion has increased our
floor space by 1800sq/ft. Adding the dimension of a service bay to
the existing parts department has created the ability to expand our
parts mezzanine by 2000sq/ft for a total increase to the department
of 3800 sq/ft. For our Canadian and Western US state customers that
means: we have been able to invest in higher stock levels and to
have more products on the shelf for each make of concrete pump.
Having the products available when you need them will save pump
downtime, inbound freight costs and simplify the parts ordering
experience. We are proud to be a low maintenance, highly efficient,
full-service parts supplier.
The construction of our new building on site will increase our
capacity by six new bays: one sandblasting, one paint prep, one
paint and three finishing. The pressurized cross-flow paint booth
measures 150’ deep x 24’ wide by 20’high. With our two new three-
axis pneumatic personnel lifts running the full length of the booth
we dramatically increase both safety and efficiency in our paint
department.
Our now in-house 20’x60’ sandblasting room allows us to decrease
paint and prep time, reduce costs and increase both quality and
control of our finished product.
We are very proud of the energy efficient standards upon which the 16,000 sq/ft paint and finishing building was modeled. Our goal as a
good corporate citizen was to create and run the facility with the highest efficiency and smallest footprint possible. Among other examples,
we operate with 100% LED lighting, use variable speed rotary screw compressors which only run as needed. As well we've been able to
capture the heated discharge air from both compressors and divert that warmed air into a customized ducting system to assist in heating
the shop, reducing our natural gas consumption and overall heating costs.
What this all means to you is simple. We’ve reduced outsourcing and increased control over all of our build processes thereby maintaining
the highest of standards in quality; we’ve increased build and
completion speed and as such decreased wait time. We’ve
committed to bringing you our consistent product, efficiently built
to our highest standards in less time while striving to achieve the
greenest footprint we can.
At the US location, after a strong 2016, we have invested even
more resources into the parts & service departments in Linwood to
better serve you in 2017. With the recent move to our custom built
US branch we've been able to increase our product line and our
inventory levels to a new high. This serves to help you have a better
ordering and service experience. Being situated just off I-95 on the
Pennsylvania/Delaware state border makes access for customers
picking up parts or dropping off pumps so convenient. Our fully
equipped service shop allows for our on-site technicians to work on all
brands of pumps. The new $1 per mile parts & service reimbursement
