CAO’s ICT Department is comprised of a diversified team skilled in software development, script writing, multimedia, systems administration, project management, data analytics, process automation and network & infrastructure management. Our aim is to support our internal and external clients with customer-centric support, providing an efficient service, using best practices, and delivering higher than expected assistance. We aspire to
think and develop systems that cater not only for the purpose, but to promote growth and sustainability that delivers lasting value.
Our uniqueness and expanded views allow us to contribute varying levels of experience and expertise that promote healthy teamwork and contribute to CAO’s culture of always aiming to provide excellent support and valuable knowledge, underpinned by shared values, always cognizant of being empathetic and sensitive to customer needs.
As CAO’s customer base grows, so does the team’s expertise, motivation, innovation and collaboration to continuous improvement.
