Alan Blackmer – Equipment Mechanic – Fleet Services
Alan spent ten years working at Williams Auto World, working on Volkswagens before coming to work in Fleet Services at the BWL . He has an Associate’s Degree from Lansing Community College in the automotive field . He enjoys spending time with his family most . Start Date – June 1, 2020
Lilli Celovsky – Engineer, Water Distribution
Lilli worked as a server in Spartan Stadium before getting an internship in the Environmental Services Department Lab at the BWL . She continued working in the lab and with the ESD staff after her summer was over, until she transitioned to the Water and Steam Distribution Department . She recently graduated from MSU with a degree in environmental engineering . Lilli enjoys gardening, cooking, riding her bike and recently golfing with the BWL golf league . Start Date – June 22, 2020
Tamara Colosky – Business Relationship Manager – Information Technology
Before arriving at the BWL, Tamara worked as the Chief of Staff to the CTO and program owner for “MI Modern Workplace,” an enterprise initiative to equip all state employees with modern technologies to provide secure, mobile and efficient work solutions . She also worked for the State of Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget for eight years . Her prior experience includes project management, business analyst, marketing, training, and business owner . She and her husband, Joel, have been married for eight years . They have a blended family of five adult kids, two who are married, and three spunky grandkids . Tamara grew up and graduated high school in Charlotte, and she graduated with a business degree from Grand Valley University . They have a 4,000 square foot garden that keeps them very busy all summer and fall with harvesting and canning . Tamara also loves to cook and is obsessed with cook books . Start Date – May 18, 2020
Elisha Franco – Senior Analyst Internal Control, Finance and Planning
Before working at the BWL, Elisha worked as a Senior Financial Examiner for 18 years at the State of Michigan Department of Financial and Insurance Services . She audited different insurance companies in the State of Michigan and reviewed company internal controls and risk management . She has an accounting degree from MSU (Go Green!), and she is very excited
to join the BWL team . She has a wonderful man in her life and has two daughters who attend Lansing Christian School . Elisha has four dogs and enjoys boating, skiing, swimming and relaxing on the water . She loves family time and spending time with friends . Start Date – May 4, 2020
Lynnette Keller – Executive Director, Human Resources, Corporate Administration
Before her arrival at the BWL, Lynnette worked for two years as the Director of Human Resources at Michigan Sugar . She has over 25 years of HR Management and Executive Level Leadership experience . She started her HR career in high school co-op and grew into the
HR manager role . She’s been married for 24 years to her husband Dave, who owns his own construction company . She has two sons, Cole, who is in the 2020 graduating class, and DJ, who is in the Heavy Equipment Operator program with Operating Engineers 324 . Lynnette’s hobbies include outdoor activities, spending time with her family and her two yellow Labs, and traveling . Start Date – April 6, 2020
