Ryan McHale – Financial Analyst, Finance and Planning
Before working at the BWL, Ryan worked at Michigan State University as a parking attendant while pursuing his Bachelor’s in Finance . He was promoted to Parking Supervisor after a year, and in May of 2019, began his internship at BWL . Ryan grew up in White Lake, Michigan and has a Golden Retriever and a Mini Dachshund . He enjoys cooking with his girlfriend and trying new restaurants, especially sushi . His hobbies include spending too much time looking at cars he can’t afford, cooking and spending his summers in Grand Haven . Start Date – April 27, 2020
Jennifer Merricle – Business Relationship Manager, Information Technology
Jennifer spent 23 years working in various capacities in Information Technology for the State of Michigan before coming to the BWL . She grew up in Lansing, but currently lives in Portland . She’s married with three children, Chelsea (27), Dane (16) and Reagan (14) . Her family has two pythons and recently acquired five ducks . Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and she enjoys traveling, especially to places with good food and weather .

Quincy Scroggins – Physical Security Coordinator, Security
Quincy was a Violent Crimes Detective and Task Force Officer with the FBI before coming to the BWL . He spent 25 years with the Lansing Police Department before he retired . He has a BA in Criminal Justice from Western Michigan University . He’s married with one daughter, and he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, walking, running, and international travel . Start Date – April 20, 2020
Danny Turkett – Work Management Planner, Work Management Office
Danny worked for ComEd in the Transmission and Substation Department in Chicago before being hired at the BWL . He graduated from Michigan Tech University with a degree in Electrical Engineering . His hobbies include sports and outdoor activities . Start Date – May 4, 2020
