12 MONTH WARRANTY

A/C, Heating Units and Hose Specialist

THIS WARRANTY IS FOR 110V or 110/12 VOLT SYSTEMS ONLY

HOSELINE, INC. warrants each 110V or 110/12 Volt system to be free from defects in
workmanship and materials under normal use and operation for a period of one (1) year
beginning with the date Hoseline, Inc. ships the product to Hoseline’s immediate customer. This
warranty is given only to Corporations or other businesses which are Hoseline, Inc.’s immediate
customers and which purchase heaters and air conditioners for installation or resale.

This warranty shall not apply to any product which shall not have been installed in accordance with the
manufacturer’s instructions for installation and operation, nor to any products which have been repaired
or altered outside of the manufacturer’s factory in anyway, so as, in manufacturer’s judgment to affect its
stability, or reliability, nor which has been subject to misuse, negligence or accident. Nor shall Hoseline,
Inc.’s warranty apply in case of accidental damage to the finish or components, abuse, misuse, flood, fire
or if the serial number is missing, altered or defaced. Hoseline, Inc. is in no way responsible for labor
charges or any loss of time, equipment rental or other expense incurred in the field, without written
authorization from Hoseline, Inc. nor for damages to persons or property resulting from the use of its
products.

LABOR CHARGES WILL NOT BE HONORED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN
AUTHORIZATION FROM HOSELINE, INC. and THE RETURN OF CLAIMED
DEFECTIVE PART. WARRANTY IS NULL and VOID IF PROCEDURES ARE
NOT FOLLOWED

Hoseline, Inc.’s obligations under this warranty are as follows:
Upon return of unit Hoseline, Inc. will repair or replace at no cost to the original purchaser,
Material and/or workmanship determined to have been defective within the warranty period.

Claims will be honored only upon determination that claim is covered by warranty and must
be asserted by contacting:

THIS WARRANTY SUPERCEDES ALL OTHER

WARRANTIES FOR 110/ 12 VOLT SYSTEMS.
