WHAT TO USE FOR
YOUR FOCAL PIECE
In the Gaian Soul Retreat workshop,
we used white clay faces that I made
especially for the participants. They have
two holes at the top and four at the bottom
and are about 2” high. They are fired to a
temperature of about 1800°F, which makes
them strong and hard to break.
You can use many other things for your
talisman. A flat shell with holes drilled in it
is pretty, as is an old pendant that you can
re-invent. Use your imagination!
