PP Spun Filter Cartridge

In case of PP Spun Bonded Filter Cartridges, they are made up of 100% Polypropylene Fibers. To form a true gradient
density from outer to inner surface, the fibers are spun together. Spun Filter cartridges are available with core &
without core variety. Spun Filters provide High Efficienty, High Dirt Retention and longer filter life as the unfiltered
fluid passes through depth filter matrix and enables the progressive retention of finer particles.
String Wound Filter Cartridge

String Wound Filter Cartridges are made up of Polypropylene, Cotton Yarn and Glass Fiber. They are economic,
compact, and easy to install and are meant to remove the particles from the liquid and help to main the Filtration
System. They are designed to meet the most demanding Filtration Application. Selection of raw material used for
manufacturing Wound Cartridge is very important as these are processed into fibers of specific grade using latest
technology.

PP Pleated Filter Cartridge
PP pleated filter cartridge is manufactured by 100% polypropylene media to provide a wide range of chemical
compatibility. PP pleated cartridge are made of 2-3 layers of membranes. The benefit of Multi Layer Membrane
structure is that it enables graded filtration pore size and increase the dirt holding capacity of the cartridge. With
rigid outer cage and strengthened inner core, the PP Pleated Filter Cartridge can withhold higher operating pressure.

Paper pleated filter cartridge
In Automobile Industries for Oil and Air Filtration Paper Pleated Filter Cartridge are widely used to meet the need of
the industry. Paper Pleated Filter Elements are made of Glass Fiber or Cellulose Paper media to remove particles up
to 0.2 micron.
