If you would like to receive the J&J vaccine at
Cornerstone Church Thursday, April 8,
between 1pm-5pm, you can pre-register at
cbcarlington.org. You will need to select a time
for your appointment on the pre-registration
form. We have 200 slot available, but you must
register. This is for anyone age 18 and up.
