Small in number but big in Spirit so,
Boosters Boast
for the Brothers
It’s not the most glamorous of activities and it’s not the most noticeable (unless you’re at a game) but its work is very important to many athletes. The Booster Club, under the direction of its new moderator, Brother Richard Gray, got off to a rocky start as it sought to organize itself in time for the opening of fall sports.
While its numbers were down from last year’s group, the amount of work put out was equal to past perfor mances. Critical to the work of the club were Seniors Jerry Mingolelli, John Ryan, and Greg Goodwin who helped to keep the school informed on upcoming contests through posters and calendars. Mingolelli, who could be found at many a football game clad in a monk’s costume.
After the work is done, the Booster Club Number one tan, Jerry Mingolelli cheers the basketball team to victory. displays his school spirit.
