Scholars Lead Student Body
Scholarship and service characterize the National Hon or Society in name and fact here at CBA. Yet a quick look at the roster of names indicates participation in a variety of sports and activities. Under the leadership of President John Ryan and Vice President Tim Perkins, the officers didn’t have to put forth any exceptional level of energy to move the society to action. Marc Bernstein, John Frittelli and Jerry Mingolelli carried on the key function of the
society in the underclass tutoring program.
Ceremonial functions of the Society — particularly at Honors Night enabled the group to become active with parents as well as students. The culmination of these types of functions came at graduation where youngef members saluted their departing members and assumed
their places.
