Mom and Pop Acadei^
Many of us refer to the CBA community as a family. For some students, this is not far from the truth. Parents do their best to teach their child all they can. In fact, some not only teach their child from infancy, but they now teach them academics in the classroom. Clare Bigelow actually has her mother as a teacher. Could you learn to call your mom, Mrs.?
Everyone deals with the situation differently. Jordan Pettit’s mother teaches Spanish. Colin Conroys father is involved in the classroom and on the field. Mrs. Barber said that she and Zach part ways in the parking lot and see each other again in the afternoon.” She thinks it is better that way. Not only do people spend their day in the same building, CBA’s small size sometimes results in parents teaching their own children! Both the parents and kids agree that sharing CBA soon becomes a part of their everyday life and stops being so awkward. Mr. Marciano, fathers of Michael and Peter, summed it up by saying,] “Having two sons here makes me feel even more] comfortable in the CBA family.”
