Earn, Baby, Earn!
Seniors’ Working Habits
Students at CBA are as individual
and varied as the numerous regions of
Central New York they represent. One
activity, however, remains consistent
ly popular for everyone at CBA, obtain
ing money! Even in this universally ap
pealing endeavor, students are adept
at showing off their individual colors.
Some students are content to work
short hours on weekends for the pock
et money they need to buy the latest
CDs and styles in skidz-wear, while
others go to work directly from school
and stay there until late at night so that
they can pay for everything from col
lege educations to the Formula I Iroc Z
in the student parking lot. The many
different types of jobs held by CBA stu
dents, however, are the best indicators
of the school’s unique mixture of per
sonalities.
Whether one works long hours every
day or only a couple hours on week
ends, whether one gets paid minimum
wage or maximum wage, whether one
loves his job or feels like shooting his
boss, one must admit working as a
teenager is a great position to be in. We
can spend all the money we earn with
out sharing it with anybody.
How good can the pizza be? Judging by the
smiles and loose ties, today’s lunch was a big hit.
John Marshall ardently prays after wolfing down
lunch. Perhaps Bill Marsallo will share some of
his.
