Last year, as they did most Oc tobers, students looked forward to an event called Homecoming. It was the one event that gener ated more spirit and excitement than, almost any other.
You could be sure everyone was anxious when the pro nouncement for Homecoming King and Queen and the court was announced the day of the annual bonfire and the teach ers’ volleyball game.
This year’s court consisted of: the King, Brian Satalin, the Queen, Rosie Lombardi, the court: (Seniors) Todd Shanning and Jen Miller, (Juniors) Na thaniel W iesner and Shelby
Kane, (Sophomores) Dan Fal ter and Allison Geiss, (Fresh men) Derek Seward and Nicole Chang.
The “ annual” bonfire was cancelled this year due to rain, as usual, and in the volleyball game, the faculty surprisingly won the game against Z89, 2-1. However, the homecoming was a disappointing loss. Yet, that did not dampen our spirits.
The football team risks pre-game injur ies in the pep rally excitement.
