This year, Brother Casimir, four chaperones, and roughly 70 students went out to ski the slopes of Labradore Mountain for another year of outdoor com panionship and excitement. The ski club had six Wednesday char tered trips, a Wednesday ski pass, and a whole lot of fun.
Groups of students would make their way to the chartered bus along with their skis, boots, and poles, dressed in their cold weather outfits ready for a good
time. Once at the mountain, groups of students would pre pare themselves and their equip ment, and make their way to the lifts. Once up on the lifts and off again, the true fun began. Down the hills along with tens of others would come the CBA students, some advanced, some interme diate, and some only beginning. No matter what level they were at, the students had a good time.
Painting. Drawing. Sculpting. Designing. All these tasks were
performed in Art Club. Students would come to the art room on Tuesdays to express their inner artistic abilities in any shape, form, or color they chose. Sev eral students turned out count less drawing, painting, and other artistic endeavors. Mrs. Fiutak, the moderator, provided and gave extra help to artists and taught them valuable techniques in an informal, stress-free set ting.
The artist at his best. John Judge finds it easy to loosen up while painting.
Artists have always shared their love for painting. Erin Shannon, Sarah Con stantine, and Alex Popoff work to gether in quiet harmony.

Skiing requires skill and balance. Emily Wood thinks a smile is helpful, too.
All sorts of people love to ski, Brother Casimir included. He’s always ready to take to the slopes.
