Several activities, such as Math League and Foren­
sics, offer friendly, non-athletic competition. Both of
these activities require hours of long, hard practice.
Students are given the opportunity to use the skill
acquired from their practice in regular interscholastic
tournaments. The proof was in the success of both
activities. Math League finished fifth out of 30 schools,
while Forensics sent 8 students to the state finals and 5
to nationals.
Extra-Curricular activities are a necessary element
of any academic tour. These activities provide a relief
from the routine life of a CBA performer. At the same
time, these activities help students achieve the rounded
education for which they are striving.

Many of these activities, such as Student Senate,
Yearbook, and Newspaper provide services that pro­
mote school spirit. The Student Senate, which also
operates the Booster Club, helps to improve the overall
quality of CBA life. The Newspaper keeps the student
body informed on school happenings, while the award
