Syrup, Carmelized Simple Prep.......................................................... 0.500 Vol oz

Mix JD SingleBarrel, Syrup and Bitters in a 7oz rocks. Stir until Simple Syrup melts down( This can
also be premixed in a labeled bottle)
Place Wood Chips in Fondue Cup

Place Ice Cube in 7 oz rocks glass
Apply flame to the chips to get them smoking. Once they are hot, place martini glass over the fondue
cup to trap the smoke.
Lift the Martini glass from the fondue cup and place the ice cube in the martini glass.
Pour the drink mixture from the 7 oz rocks over the ice cube in the martini glass
Cut Orange twist from a fresh orange
Twist the orange to release the flavors and rim the martini glass. Once complete place the orange twist in the
drink.
