In 2023, Ensign Fleet 17, Chelsea Yacht
Club Overall Champion was Fulangas -
Pete McConnell. With the prowess of the
McConnell's - father and son, all
competitors enjoyed great racing
throughout the season. In addition,
Fulangas participated in the Regional
Championship at Toms River, NJ. A great
learning platform to base their solid
racing program with lots of lead changes
for the youngest and least experienced
crew.

Even in the off season, Pete and Kyle McConnell enjoyed sailing through
their installation of lifting hooks to enable putting their boat in the water
