                key. The goal is to pinch the two crusts together. How you get there

                is up to your imagination. Here are some ideas.


                The Fork Pleat

                Start  out  simply,  with  the  entry-level  Fork  Pleat.  With  a  table  fork,
                press  the  tines  into  the  edge  of  the  two  crusts,  squashing  them
                together to seal, all along the edge of the pan.
