eggs with a slotted spoon or tongs and set them on a plate lined with

                a paper towel for 5 minutes.

                7 Repeat Step 6 with remaining eggs. Allow eggs to rest for 10

                minutes or until room temperature.


                8 Slice each egg in half lengthwise and gently scoop out the yolks,
                transferring them to the large bowl with the tomato mix. Add

                mayonnaise, smoked paprika, scant ½ teaspoon salt, and ⅛
                teaspoon pepper. Blend with a hand mixer on medium speed until

                smooth.

                9 Transfer egg filling to a piping bag fitted with a large round piping

                tip (such as a Wilton #2A). Pipe filling into eggs.


                10 Cut green onion into small pieces and place 3 pieces on each
                egg.
