Makes 10 cookies

“It was a September evening, and not yet seven o’clock, but the day had been a dreary one,
and a dense drizzly fog lay low upon the great city.”
                                                  —“The Sign of the Four”

These cookies are just as much an activity as they are a dessert. Use as many kinds of
candy as you want (just make sure they’re small enough to fit inside the cookie). You can
even write sleuth-y fortunes to hide inside, like “An estranged uncle will leave you a large
inheritance” or “A glamorous stranger will ask you for help solving a crime.”
