8 Spoon approximately 1 teaspoon blended strawberries onto each

                éclair. Place the tops on the éclairs, pressing gently to adhere.

                9 Drizzle balsamic vinegar reduction over the éclairs (approximately

                ¼ teaspoon per éclair). Place small mint leaves on top.


                Serve at a masquerade ball!
