Evaluations Padlet
EVALUATIONS: In accordance with board policy GCO, teachers will be
evaluated according to contract status (Induction, Provisional, Annual I,
Annual II , or Continuing.) Induction Contract teachers will work with a
mentor. Provisional and Annual Contract teachers will be evaluated using the
ADEPT Evaluation system (Consensus-Based Evaluation), and Continuing
Contract teachers will be evaluated using Student Learning Objectives
(SLOs), the Goals- Based evaluation to update teaching certificates or
ADEPT, if administrator deems necessary. It is the responsibility of the
teacher to maintain this documentation so that his/her certificate does not
expire.
