Soft Skills Training














            Soft skills characterize how a person interacts in relationships with others at work. There are


            many soft skills. Here are a few you may be familiar with: attitude, communication, creative


            thinking, work ethic, teamwork, critical thinking, time management and conflict resolution.









            Soft skills are not just for customer-facing jobs. Every job requires employees to engage


            with others in some way. Developing soft skills improves professional relationships, which


            opens door for career growth.
