After 31 years of stellar service with
RRL, I wish you a relaxing and rewarding
retirement. All of us recognize, respect,
and appreciate the valuable contributions
to Raychem RPG.
I am so happy to have worked under your
leadership. Not only are you an amazing
boss, but you have shown to be a loving
and caring person. I remember when I was
continuously on tours and had difficulty
in updating and reporting work progress
during reviews, you would counsel and
give moral support to me and my team.
Your words of encouragement helped me
get back on track and I will never forget
the positive influence you’ve had on me.
Your exceptional qualities & fearless
leadership have inspired us in so many
ways, and for that, we cannot thank you
enough. You will be remembered not just
for the things you’ve accomplished as the
leader of RRL, but also for your tact, care,
and transparency.

8 Your selection of words and articulation of communication has always influenced me.
Right from my joining RRL in 2009, I
have been given plenty of opportunities
to perform, starting with Sankalp-2009,
Vasai TPM Excellence Audit 2011, several
customer visits @ Halol during the tough
times between 2012 - 2015, Rayvolve
project, Casting plant to the present
engagement in EPD Operations. I had
only few discussions and reviews with you
but received strong messages and solid
guidance that helped me to learn & scale
up under your leadership.
Your selection of words and articulation
of communication has always influenced
me. Though I may have had limited
interactions with you during the past
11 years, your influence will remain
with me forever. I cannot measure your
contribution to my life, not just in terms
of perks & promotions, but the value you
added to my career with your inspirational
guidance and humane touch, which is
priceless!
