ICA Training Centre is an innovation, what were the factors
which encourage you to venture into a unique concept?
I have been involved in training and education activities for the last several
years. I was looking for some place where I can organize training effectively.
This Centre was established in providing such facilities where trainers and
participants could feel comfortable while teaching or learning. This Centre
is established also with an aim of developing new cadres who could
transform the society and make our future bright.

How ICA Training Centre is unique?
ICA Training Centre is different than others in many respect. It is the Centre
for personal transformation. It provides unique opportunity to those who
want to excel by learning new skills. The Centre provides all sort of training
which has demand in the market.

What is the future plan of ICA Training Centre?
ICA Training Centre wants to excel in the field of training. It will develop
thousands of competent people particularly youths who could have new skill
and compete in the global employment market. We provide both soft and
vocational skills for them so that their employability would be high and they
would be raise their salary wherever they work. This is also the demand of
the country as we are losing human capital.

We provide space and facilities to organize quality gatherings and events.
The Centre also aims to host national and international conferences on
development and other themes.
