Members of the USS Pacolet, staff
and students at Pacolet Elementary
School, enjoyed the Boat Bash where
they enjoyed getting to know each
other and discussing how to be safe,
respectful and responsible. Classes
learned what "ships" they will be
sailing and enjoyed spending time
getting to know other classes who will
be "sailing" through the year.

Broome High School

Broome High School’s Intro to 3-D Art class are
researching the art of the Japanese tea ceremony. They
have to make two tea bowls that represent the artwork
and style used in Japanese culture.

Pacolet Elementary School

Jana Calvert’s Modern World History
class, at Broome High School, is creating
SWAY presentation on the effects of
exploration on the world.

AP art has just finished ceiling tiles as part of their AP art
submission. The tiles become part of the art room at
Broome High school. Pictured is Cara Stokes a senior at
Broome.
