A  few  Cowpens  Middle  School  seventh  graders  found
                                               encouraging  messages  in  their  new  lockers  left  by  last
                                               year’s  seventh  grade  class.  Red  Raiders  are  All  In  to
                                               make sure everyone has a great school year!













     Cowpens  Middle  School  seventh  graders  practiced
     reciting their locker combinations to one another.






                                             English  I  Honors  students  at  Cowpens  Middle  School
                                             participated in a Gallery Walk.

                                                     class  at  Cowpens  Middle
                                                     School          is       studying
                                                     proportions       and      indirect
                                                     measurement.          They      are
                                                     using     their     height     and
                                                     shadow lengths to determine
                                                     the  height  of  a  nearby
                                                     telephone pole.






















     Cowpens          Middle       School
     students  are  learning  how
     ratios  are  used  in  creating                   Seventh  grade  ELA  students,  at  Cowpens
     regular     and     sour      gummy               Middle School, read and annotated “Vampire
     worms.  Students  are  also                       Bats: To Kill or Not to Kill.” Students will take
     learning  about  the  careers  of                 their own stance on the issue and use textual
