Key Highlights

• SJHC and SMH have clinical programs led by both Medical Directors and Program Directors

• PHC and SMH’s programs report to either the CNE or CMO

• ED and Mental Health at SMH and SJHC are in the same clinical portfolio

• Women’s Health & Paediatrics are similar in program structure at SMH and SJHC

• SJHC & SMH physician leaders maintain a structure organized by chiefs and department heads
separate from the clinical programs

• PHC & SMH have many programs that are site specific and not applicable to the other two sites

• SJHC and SMH program groupings are quite different – SJHC follows a medical/surgical model
and SMH is an organ system program model
