Long Term Care Summary

PHC provides a safe, home-like care in a friendly, modern environment. Twenty-four hour nursing
and personal care is available to residents who are frail, disabled or cognitively impaired. The
Houses provide the highest standards of comfort, care and safety. The Houses is a Catholic-
designated long-term care home.
