To whom it may concern,

I wanted to write a reference to show support of the leadership at Barr & Barr as they pursue some opportunities
for upcoming work. We first started working with Matt Gilbert at the Florida Advanced Manufacturing and
Research Center, a project we recently completed. We had not had the opportunity to work with Matt prior to this
project, but we have enjoyed a good working relationship and have helped during some recent pursuits
supporting initial budgeting of corporate commercial projects. I want to communicate our support of this team
and the projects they are currently managing or pursuing. We are very interested in the opportunities they have
forecasted for their pursuits in the healthcare, corporate commercial, and higher educational market segments.

We will support Barr & Barr and their leadership for active and upcoming projects. We are confident in the
abilities of their team to delivery projects successfully based on our past experience with these team members.
