Nearly $1 Billion in Corporate/Commercial Experience: With our extensive experience constructing and renovating Corporate
Commercial facilities, we know what it will take to make the MetWest Th ree project successful. Our comprehensive management solutions
will improve project delivery while focusing on your goals for cost, schedule and quality.
Most Experienced Team - Averaging 30 Years of Experience Per Person: Your project team is led by Fred Hames, Executive in Charge,
Matt Gilbert, Project Executive and Quoc Troung, Senior Project Manager. Our team is very familiar with your project as Fred Hames
and Matt Gilbert were both involved with the initial Metwest International Project which included Offi ce Building One and Two, Phase
One Retail Buildings, the Replacement Parking Deck (East Side), and the Master Plan elements for the current Phase Th ree. Supporting
our leadership team is our top Corporate Commercial team whom recently completed a very successful 200,000 SF MetLife Headquarters
project in New Jersey. We are presenting a team with extensive experience and commitment in building the best Corporate Commercial
facilities. Th is team is available and you will have full commitment from our leadership team to deliver a successful project.
Over $150M in the Last Five Years Building Parking Structures: Our experience with garages of all sizes and complexities will allow
Barr & Barr to hit the ground running with Finfrock on the MetWest Th ree parking garage.
Over $200 M of Projects in the Tampa Westshore Market: Members of our proposed team have worked in the Westshore market for the
past 12 years. Our team’s presence in the Tampa Bay Market has built many client and Owner relationships that will continue to support
of local team on current and future projects. We have included in Section 6: Appendix of this proposal additional client and construction
trade references from principals that are familiar with our leadership and team members work and will fully support the eff orts for the
MetWest Th ree project.
Over $5 Billion in Preconstruction & Construction Services: Having completed over fi ve billion dollars of Preconstruction and Construction
services within the last 10 years - our vast experience allows us to fi ll in the gaps between design intent and the design documents from
schematic design right through construction documents.
Over 85% of work is for Repeat Clients: Our outstanding record of repeat work attests to the success of our personalized approach to
