Page 2 - HELLO! San Diego - NALA 2020 Proposal
P. 2
LETTER FROM THE EDITOR
Thank you for the opportunity to present our recommendations for your important NALA 2020
program. This executive summary is intended to outline our thinking behind the following
proposal and how we plan to address your goals, priorities and interests as shared in your request
and discussed on the phone. This document also enables you to provide a concise summary to
interested stakeholders within your organization.
OUR UNDERSTANDING
• Flawless and stress-free arrivals and departures for your honorees
• A transparent partner who is with you at every step through planning and execution
• Unique tours and activities for all honorees, no matter age or activity level
OVERVIEW OF OUR RECOMMENDATION
• Hello! California will have our staff throughout both terminals of the airport, inside and on the
curb, with shirts and signage, so all honorees can easily spot them and be swiftly escorted to
their shuttle to the hotel.
• You can reach myself and Amy at any time via call, text, email. We are here to be your partner
and to provide a one of a kind experience for your honorees. We are here to make you and
Libby shine.
• San Diego and Miami have many activities in common since we are both waterfront. Where
San Diego differs is La Jolla! La Jolla is a protected area where no boats are allowed, so the
ocean life is thriving. In the winters keep an eye out and you’ll see the whales as they head to
Baja California!
NEXT STEPS
This document is not a final proposal. It is presented as a foundation for discussion. We encourage
your comments and questions and will work with you to create a final program that fully satisfies
th
your desired outcomes, time-lines and budget. I will call you to discuss on Monday, August 26 . If
you wish to contact me in the interim I may be reached at 858-471-5780.
