CHARTER TRANSPORTATION

Of all the good reasons to use Hello! California, transportation is easily one of the most
important. Simply put, we provide the right vehicle in the right place at the right time. We’ve spent
the last 20+ years building strong relationships with the best transportation providers in the
area. When you work with us, you’ll find a team of transportation management people with one
goal in mind: your satisfaction. Charter vehicles are purchased on an hourly basis and remain with
the group for the number of hours purchased. Round-trip vehicles transfer guests from one
location to another and back and do not remain with the group. One-way vehicles transfer guests

from one location to another.

• 8½” x 11”color vehicle signs
• Driver gratuity
• Hello! California pre-function and on-site coordination
• Dedicated Operations Manager

PER VEHICLE AIPORT TRANSFERS INCLUDE:
• One-way transfer

• Color Logo Meet & Greet Signs (client to provide logo)
• Airport Fees and Tolls
• Driver Gratuity

CHARTER TRANSFER COSTS

FOUR HOUR MINIMUM

Sprinter Van (1-10 passengers with luggage) $155.00 per hour
Mini Bus (1-18 passengers with luggage) $167.00 per hour

Motor Coach (1-38 passengers with luggage) $220.00 per hour
Uniformed Staff Assistance $58.00 per hour per staff

NOTES
• All vehicles are current model, air-conditioned, fully insured and bonded, and are staffed by
uniformed professional drivers.
• Food and beverages on vehicles are allowed on a pre-arranged basis only. Please discuss

details with your Account Executive.
• All transfers require Hello! California staff on board.
• Regulation size for signage is 8.5" x 11". Please e-mail signage to Hello! California at least one

week before your program. If you do not have signage we will provide it at no extra charge.
• All inclusions, prices and policies are subject to change until contracted.
