controlling and directing the line if it get too long, as well
as clicking a counter to ensure the quoted numbers are
getting painted (this partially depends on how large and
hectic the event is but typically it saves money on the
quote provided due to travel costs for a BLV employee
that could be sourced locally much cheaper).
